The gateway can be connected to a wide range of equipment, starting with EDF electricity consumption and generation meters (in France), inverters, all sensors and detectors (temperature, sunshine, pressure, etc.). As a designer and marketer of communicating gateways, Webdyn does not offer an overall solution. However, Webdyn has teamed up with partners to offer overall solution options to our customers. For more information, go to the overall solution page and click on our partners’ links.
The gateway sends data over mobile (GPRS) and fixed (Ethernet) networks. We will also be making an RTC version of the gateway available.
The gateway carries a one-year, return-to-factory guarantee by default. Extended guarantees may be offered on request.
Training days will be organised during the year to offer group training for your technicians. Information on training costs is available from our sales department, simply use the link on the contact page to send your query.
The SIM cards are inserted in the gateways directly by you or your partners and not by Webdyn. We can direct you to the right people for this aspect to ensure that your project is not delayed.
The PT 100 sensor cannot be connected to the WebdynSun directly. To read the data from this sensor, a PT 0-10V converter is required (powered remotely with 12 – 24 V by the gateway).
